This is a vintage 1970s/1980s TIKI Single Fin Pop Out Surfboard. It is 6' 5" x 20" x 3". It is in really great condition. The fin is a Terry Fitzgerald Design [Australia] Fin. There is no fixing screw for the fin [but can be bought easily in any surf shop]
